European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

The Re-Project sells digital reports and online services. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Reports

Because our reports are digital and may be personalised to your quiz or assessment result, refunds are not normally available once a report has been generated, delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

If you purchase a digital report and do not receive access within the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate and resend the report if required.

Refunds may be considered where:
- a duplicate purchase was made by mistake;
- the report was not delivered due to a technical issue;
- the wrong product was supplied;
- there is another clear error with the order.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Listening Lab Sessions

If you book a Listening Lab session and need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refundable.
