The Re-Project currently sells digital reports and online services only.

No Physical Shipping

No physical product will be shipped. You will not receive a parcel, printed report or physical item.

Digital Delivery

Digital reports are delivered by email, download link, or another digital delivery method after purchase or after the relevant quiz/report process is completed.

Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital report or access link within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder first.

If it is still missing, contact us at help@the-reproject.com and we will investigate.

Incorrect Email Address

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can help redirect delivery where possible.

Listening Lab Sessions

Listening Lab sessions are delivered online. Session details or booking information will be provided digitally.
